1. License. Secret VIP ("we") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two (2) computers at the same time that you own or control. You may move the license by deactivating it on one computer and activating it on another.
2. Trial. Without a license key the software runs as a trial for 7 days per computer.
3. Restrictions. You may not resell, rent or share license keys, and you may not reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent the license check, except where the law allows it.
4. Your music. Everything you create with the software is yours. No royalties.
5. Activation and privacy. Activation contacts our license server once and then about every 30 days. It sends an anonymous computer ID (a one-way hash), your license key, the computer type and, if you enter it, your email address. Offline use works for weeks; offline activation is available on request. Details: privacy.
6. Updates. Updates within the same major version are free.
7. Refunds. Purchases and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com. A refunded license is deactivated. See the refund policy.
8. Warranty and liability. The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
9. Law. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection of your country stays in force.
